See below for details on how to pay colts subs for the 2018/19 season

Thanks to those who have already paid their colts subs via the website. We’ve received a number of questions regarding setting up direct debits for payments; we have confirmed with our providers that payments are working the same as last year and will only take a one-off payment

Colts subs

Year 7 or older - £100

Year 6 or younger - £80

These are both one-off payments covering all training and colts matches for the year

If a Colt plays in an adult team it is £5 per match or £140 for the whole season

Payment options

1. Payment via the RPHC website: Go to the payments page on the RPHC website, select the appropriate membership product and follow the instructions. Payments through the website are taken via direct debit as a one-off payment. Card transactions are unfortunately not available. If paying via a joint bank account, we would advise that you use one of the other payment options as direct debit payments from joint accounts can be troublesome

2. Bank Transfer: Pay the appropriate amount directly by bank transfer quoting your surname as a reference. RPHC account details:

  • Account Name: RPHC
  • Account No: 93413691
  • Sort Code: 202397

If paying by bank transfer, please remember to quote your surname as a reference else we will not know who paid

3. Cheque: Pay the appropriate amount via cheque payable to RPHC. Cheques can be given to your colts coach

It is not necessary to make any payments on the website if paying subs via bank transfer or cheque; however, you will still need to register on the website, if not done so already, for organisational purposes

If you have already tried to pay through the website but have had issues (e.g. direct debits not going through due to using a joint bank account) please let us know. Some transactions have been unsuccessful due to mandates being cancelled before payment was taken. The Treasurer (Karen Rosenhead) will be in touch over the coming weeks to help – please wait until we get in touch before trying to pay again
