- Chicken Liver Pate, Caramelised Red Onion Chutney Toasted Brioche Bread

- Pan fried Saffron Chicken Supreme, served on Roasted New Potatoes, Chorizo and Olives with a Tomato & Paprika Sauce
- Roast Sirloin of Beef cooked Medium Rare served with Dauphinoise Potatoes and a Red Wine Jus
- Gnocchi with Roquefort with a Walnut and Sage Cream
