Club Kit Secretary

Reporting To - Club Chair
- Overall responsibility for the Club Kit Range and as key Liaison between the Club Kit Supplier and Hockey Club
- Key Liaison with Junior Kit Secretary to ensure Junior Section kit is also covered
- Arrange and ensure kit range is acceptable for the Club with agreement for any changes through Club Committee
- Distribute new senior team shirts to members for each cycle of new kit
- Ensure current members have new shirts at start of new season
- Liaison with Club Sponsorship Secretary and Kit Supplier around playing shirts for Sponsorship logos and any associated changes over the subsequent seasons
- Keep Club Committee updated with any material kit changes or issues
- Ensure RPHC Club members are wearing sponsored playing shirts
- Encourage RPHC Members to wear new kit range, fulfilling Sponsorship requirements
- Ensure new members are aware of the kit range and how to order
- Consider courtesy free kit for volunteers (bobbles hats, possibly jackets for coaches)
- Ensure away kit sets are maintained by Club and no shirts lost
- Act as key point for queries on kit from RPHC members
- Manage the Club Playing Shirt numbers for Mens and Ladies to ensure no number clashes and act as liaison with Kit Supplier surrounding numbering
- Ensure other playing equipment is sufficient for training and matches (e.g. balls, cones, bibs, etc)
