Reigate Priory Ladies 1XI Vs Tulse Hill & Dulwich Ladies 3XI

Reigate Priory started the first half strong, considering it was the first game back following a 6 week Christmas break. TH&D hung on to keep the score 0-0 despite Priory peppering their goal.
Second half started with Priory in the driving seat, it wasn’t long before they broke the deadlock. Driving the ball into the D, Kate Williams followed up a rebound to score. With the momentum in their favour Priory continued to push forward, a driving run from Georgie Wood down the right offered up a pass across the goal to leading goal scorer, Laura Zander, to tap home. Credit to TH&D, they continued to battle on which paid off with a goal. With 10 minutes to go, TH&D continued to mount the pressure, the ball was struck hard into the D took a deflection and ended up in the goal, a freak own goal. Final Score 2-2.
