How do I manage my availability (or that of my child)?
Login to the site, and hover your mouse cursor over your name in the top right hand corner of the page - a drop down will appear and one of the options is "Availability & Selection" - click on this!

The Availability & Selection page will show all the upcoming fixtures you/your child are registered against and you'll be able to indicate availability and/or leave notes for team admins and captains using the buttons.

All the players that you can set availability for should be displayed one after the other so you can set availability for you and any members of your family you are linked to.

I'm not receiving emails from the site - how do I fix this?
You may not have confirmed your email address - you should receive a confirmation email upon sign-up to the site which asks you to click on the link to verify your account. You can resend this by logging into your Pitchero account at http://www.pitchero.com/> Going to the account settings section (by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner of the page and clicking on Settings in the drop down) > Clicking email settings > Clicking the resend confirmation email. You will then need to check their email account and click on the link in the email (be sure to check Junk/spam folders if you cannot see it in your inbox).

You may have unsubscribed from Pitchero emails - Members can subscribe/unsubscribe from Pitchero emails by logging into your Pitchero account at http://www.pitchero.com/> > Going to the account settings section of their Pitchero account (by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner of the page and clicking on Settings in the drop down) > Clicking email settings > clicking the selection box next to the emails that they wish to receive.

There is a problem with your email address/email account - you can change the email address on your account by logging into your Pitchero account at http://www.pitchero.com/> Going to the account settings section of your Pitchero account (by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner of the page and clicking on Settings in the drop down) > Changing your email address in the "my details" section of your account (you will need to scroll down the page and enter your password to confirm the change.

How do I update my personal details?
For personal information e.g. name, DoB etc - click on your name in the top right hand corner of the page, then select "Account Settings" on the subsequent page in the top right of the blue banner.

For emergency contact, child and any other club specific information, hover over your name in the top right hand corner then click on "My Network". Select the "Membership Details" tab which is just underneath where it says "Reigate Priory Hockey Club" in the centre right of the subsequent page.

I'm in the wrong team! How do I change this?
Login to the site and hover over your name in the top right hand corner then click on "My Network". You can add and remove Player Roles (Team Allocations) in the relevant section.

How do I control when and what sort of emails I get from the website?
Click on your name in the top right hand corner of the page, then select "Email Settings" tab on the subsequent page in the centre of the grey banner.
