The final festival of the season, and further encouragement that there is significant strength in depth in the Colts section.

Missing our stronger players, Reigate fielded two evenly matched sides: the Polecats and the Meerkats. Both sides won easily against the two Cheam sides, the highlight being Austin’s run into the D from right midfield and then smashing in at the near post. Although both teams lost against a very strong London Wayfarers side, the Meerkats could count themselves unlucky as they matched them for the majority of the game, and only conceded late goals once a lack of fitness kicked in.

The final game was the ultimate grudge match - the Polecats against the Meerkats - and proved to be an excellent game. Both sides attacked with flair and confidence, but it was the defensive work that really impressed. Ben J and Ollie marshalled a committed Polecats defend that created a force-field around their goal, and nullified the attacking threats of Lars and Thomas G. At the other end, the Meerkats were more believers in an "attack is the best form of defence" mentality, and were indebted to a succession of last ditch tackles by Thomas R and Jacob clearing off the goal line to deny Henry. Somehow a hugely entertaining game ended 0-0.

Both teams ended the festival having won two, drawn one and lost one.
